Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel

The mission of the EAPPI is to accompany Palestinians and Israelis in their non-violent actions and to carry out concerted advocacy efforts to end the occupation.

In October 2009, the Ecumenical Council of Churches in Austria decided to support this programme. The programme is implemented in cooperation with Diakonie Austria, the Internationaler Versöhnungsbund and Pax Christi Austria.

In the past year, EAPPI received financial support from the City of Linz, the Benedictine Order of Melk, the Diocese of St. Pölten, private donors and various parishes.
